Rebecca's portfolio includes Randstad Sourceright and the group’s global business portfolio, including Monster and RiseSmart. In this role, she drives the strategic direction of these companies, with a focus on enterprise customer engagements. She has demonstrated a commitment to the advancement of women in the workforce and was instrumental in developing Randstad’s corporate-wide mentorship program, and currently serves on the Board of Trustees for National University in the United States.

As chief financial officer of Randstad North America, Denise directs the company’s business control (FP&A), business services, accounting, risk, internal audit, tax and legal functions. ​Denise provides business advisory, strategic planning, operations and financial management services to Randstad’s integrated staffing solutions. In her role as CFO, she aligns and enhances business performance by delivering insight to further company growth in the market. She also defines the financial planning and analysis process to be strategic and commercially focused.

Jim oversees Randstad’s human capital strategy and manages the company’s human resources initiatives for 125,000 employees. In his role, Jim has enhanced recruiter efficiency, tripled the number of leadership programs and significantly grown employee participation in professional development programs. Additionally, Jim serves on the Board for the SHRM Foundation. He serves as one of Randstad’s primary media spokespersons and is frequently covered by major media outlets such as the Atlanta Business Chronicle, Forbes, NPR and FOX Business, among others.

Alan is responsible for leveraging digital tools, big data and artificial intelligence to create industry leading solutions. He is also instrumental in integrating the company’s marketing strategies with its sales and delivery approach. Alan has a strong focus on digitizing processes and improving interactions with clients, talent and employees to help them be successful in their interactions with the company. He looks to new products, social technology and analytics to move the company forward, and he plays an integral role in conceptualizing and implementing Randstad’s global infrastructure.

Jay oversees legal affairs of Randstad's US and Canadian operations. He is responsible for identifying risks and potential liabilities and developing pragmatic solutions to protect and preserve Randstad's legal, ethical and financial integrity and corporate reputation. Ferguson was previously honored with the award for best General Counsel in the "large company" category of Corporate Counsel Awards sponsored by Atlanta Business Chronicle and the Association of Corporate Counsel's Georgia chapter. Prior to joining Randstad, Ferguson was a partner with the international law firm Duane Morris LLP.

Bringing nearly two decades of professional staffing and management consulting industry experience, Graig is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and strategic direction of Randstad’s Technologies and Engineering brands. Additionally, Graig leads Randstad’s central delivery team, whose charge is to develop disruptive and industry-leading delivery capabilities and technology-enabled business models. Graig started his career with the U.S. Marine Corps, which provided him with the unique ability to develop leadership capabilities and enhanced decision-making skills and dexterity — all of which he applies today.

Greg leads Randstad's in-house services concept and enterprise strategic accounts team, where he is responsible for strategic commercial sales, client delivery and account management for many of Randstad's largest, most complex clients. Greg oversees a team of strategic account directors and in-house leaders and has a proven track record of establishing solid go-to-market strategies, setting and communicating clear vision and goals, and executing and delivering outstanding results in terms of growth and profitability. Under Greg's leadership, Randstad has significantly improved its strategic client delivery and fulfillment in many client staffing programs.

Abigail has led Randstad Healthcare with an eye for identifying ways to streamline and accelerate business growth. Leveraging her expertise in positioning organizations for scalable growth, Abigail is poised to capture marketplace opportunities that exist within the $16.6B U.S. healthcare staffing market. Having held several leadership positions within Randstad, she was previously the executive vice president of operations for Randstad’s Commercial Staffing business, managing operations for over 500 retail offices and on-site locations. Additionally, Tremble also successfully managed operational execution of Randstad’s Spherion acquisition in 2011.
