Delta Pharma Rebrands to Randstad Life Sciences

Staffing Companies Align to Strengthen Comprehensive Professional Network

BOSTON, October 3, 2011 – Delta Pharma announced today its transition to its new name Randstad Life Sciences. Randstad, the second largest HR services company in the world, is repositioning its professional staffing operating companies to the Randstad US, Professionals name. The effort will enhance each of Randstad’s professional companies offering an expanded network of expertise crossing industries and geographies to meet the evolving staffing needs of companies.

The name change will further increase Randstad’s professional profile in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry and the facilitation of services across other disciplines for the company’s customers. Randstad acquired a family of professional companies including Delta Pharma in 2008.

This repositioning is the next step in continuing Randstad’s global business success to expand services and based on a singular focus on impacting clients’ business by creating the optimal match between the right people for the right job. This current evolution of the brand will only continue to further Randstad’s mission to meet customers staffing needs to propel their businesses forward.
“Delta Pharma’s business model has been built on our ability to align our client’s business objectives with the career goals of our consultants, to create the ideal match. The expertise and knowledge of both our internal and external talent has served as the foundations of our success in solidifying these relationships,” said Greg Coir, president of Randstad Life Sciences. “Now, we are enhancing our profile so we can continue to meet our clients’ expanded needs for talent in a much more competitive and challenging business environment.”

The rebranding initiative includes changes to the names and logos of five of Randstad’s professional staffing companies in IT, finance and accounting, pharma/life sciences, engineering and human resources. The changes are intended to make it easier for companies to access the global resources of Randstad’s professional staffing expertise with Randstad’s commercial staffing business. The professional operating companies under Randstad will complete the transition by October.
